About Get Halal Malaysia

The company behind the brand

Get Halal Malaysia is the halal certification consulting practice of MNS Modulaz Sdn. Bhd., a Malaysian company registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia under number 202401031735, based in Rawang, Selangor.

We are a registered Registered Strategic Partner (Rakan Strategik) of the Malaysia International Halal Academy (MIHA). MIHA sits under the Malaysia Halal Council secretariat and runs the Halal Capacity Development programme, delivering halal training and coaching through registered partners. The certificate is displayed on our home page.

It is worth being precise about what that registration is and is not, because the distinction gets blurred a lot in this industry. It is a training-delivery partnership. It is not certification authority, it does not make us part of JAKIM, and it gives us no influence over whether your application succeeds. Anyone who implies otherwise is selling you something they cannot deliver.

Who leads the work

Consulting engagements are led by Syafiq Sufakhi, halal trainer. The practice draws on a team whose backgrounds cover halal compliance, food safety and quality management systems (MeSTI, GMP, HACCP and ISO 9001), which matters because halal audits rarely fail on doctrine. They fail on traceability, documentation and hygiene systems that were never properly built.

What we will not do

We do not issue halal certificates; only JAKIM does. We cannot expedite an application or influence an audit result. We do not quote a fee before seeing your operation, because the work between a business that already holds HACCP and one starting from nothing is not comparable. And we will tell you if we think you are not ready to apply, which is cheaper for you than a failed audit.
